Hi all.

I did a quick search here and didnt see any results.

I am buying a property from seller directly that is off market. He doesn't want to use RE agent. Is there a form that I can use as my offer. I want it to be a little more official and more binding than just a handshake or handwritten note. 

I want to buy property with feasibility study, and I want to prevent him selling to somebody else while I am doing feasabilty study. 

Just like as if the property was "pending" when it is on the market.
