BP family my name is Vatrell Fountain new investor in Harrisonburg Virginia and looking to find capital for my first investment property. I have talked to lenders and I am trying to get my first property by house hacking but all the lenders are saying that my income is not stable over 2 years. Does anybody have any other ways to get a loan. I have done my analysis on the properties but can't seem to get a lender. If anybody has any knowledge to give I am all ears.

Hello fellow investors I am looking forward to buying student housing in Virginia. Looking to buy at the big school (JMU, Virginia Tech, VCU and UVA). I worked for a student housing complex and seen the great value in it. Student housing rents per room and has individual leases. The student housing industry has done great even with universities going online, students are still wanting to stay and get away from home. Wanting to see if anybody had any knowledge to give me about it. Also wanting to start an investors group.
