But this cap rate is 6-7% - Those 2 property’s is 1. 1.4 milion 6% cap 2 2.1 milion 7% cap What you would do if you have 30% down does bank will work whit this numbers , or do you guys this it’s smart put down 400-500k Does this make sense to put all those money there , does this work this way , I am confused when I am look the deal I love it .
