I was reading an older post that said some property managers won’t go into certain neighborhoods. One property I’m interested in is in the Saint Joseph neighborhood. I am an out of state investor. Do you think I will have trouble finding a property manager for that area?

Does anyone have white cabinets in their Section 8 rental? I was thinking about having them in my rental units I plan on rehabbing but I'm afraid they'll get dirty quick or get destroyed. I think the white makes the space brighter and bigger.

What are your thoughts?
