Boy did I start a good one I thank everyone for their posts lots of good information and opinions. I'm a rookie and still learning so this is all appreciated. 

I know I didn't give any details about the offers didn't think it was important to the question I asked. All the answers have been greatly appreciated. But while maybe not intentional a couple posts seemed to deem me an uneducated low balling shister. So just one deal that went nowhere asking price for triplex $285000 my offer was low $240000 plus closing and12500 seller carry back

Hi fellow investors I have a question for anyone familiar with creative financing. What would be the best way to reach a seller with your offers when an agent or broker won't pass your offers on to the seller they are representing? Any non illegal answers would be nice. Thank you
