Michinori thank you for the numbers to look out for. Been reading up on FHA programs and they help with the loan process. Would only have to put 3.5 down and count portion of signed lease agreement towards a portion. Of course I would have to live there.

Haven’t done anything yet. Getting started this week. 

 I purchased properties in Fort Wayne Indiana and I am looking to build a duplex or triplex for rent and I also want to live in one of the  apartments as an on-site landlord. Property is zoned multi family. How do I go about getting funding for the project.
