@James Somers BOTH, if possible! Look into the viability of converting your 401k or SEP to a Self Directed IRA where you can invest in real estate!

As a local, Investor, Property Manager and licensed Real Estate Agent here on the “Enchanted Island”, I believe that the Pros far out weigh the cons. With 98% of PR considered an Opportunity Zone, and billions earmarked for infrastructure improvements, I believe Puerto Rico is entering a new Renaissance. I’d love to know everyone’s perspective and connect with new Investors.
