I'm new to BP.

My fiancé and I have well-paying careers, we have been saving, and we do our best to use our free time for learning about Real Estate/investing. he's been listening to BP Podcast and one of the episodes suggested we come on here to meet likeminded people. our goal is to have $5,000 in monthly passive income in the next five years. we are taking our first year to focus strictly on education. if anyone has any suggestions for just starting out, I'm all ears. thanks. it's my pleasure meeting all of you.
