Thank you! I am eager to get this new venture started, but it's always nice to have resources to turn to for all the questions.

Hello everyone,

My name is Mitch Sherman. I just started developing my company to break away from my current 9-5. Vertical1 Industries LLC,located in Blackfoot, ID is a startup company built to find, acquire, manage, and reposition commercial and residential properties. Our main focus is to invest in commercial RE using a 'buy/hold' and management strategy for long-term income, and eventually expand into residential RE investing and management.

I have a limited knowledge of RE investing stemming mainly from prior residential projects, but have intermediate knowledge in the management and financing aspects of business. I am currently looking to invest in the building I work in, and have experience with the leasing and management aspects of the commercial sector. I am also trying to acquire a support facility contract as a second source of revenue during this phase. Compiling accurate information and pursuing investment capital is the current course of action. Hopefully I can be engaged and build my knowledge base through the help of the BP community. As I learn, I look forward to providing good information back.

Thanks!
