We did a direct purchase. The house were a mess. We rebuilt from floor to roof .

This property has been rebuilt from top to bottom. New roof, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, appliances, electric, it is like buying a new house. There are three bedrooms with hard floor, a beautiful bathroom. The house also has security cameras, blinds, fans, LED lighting thought out.
