@Alex Jacob my properties are under an LLC and insured as such with Westminster American. Have you reached out to an insurance broker? If not, my guy is great. I am also located in CNJ

As @Jonathan Greene stated his company host a Zoom meet-up that tonight will be my first experience.
@Vickiana Ortega keep me posted if you learn of any local meet-ups and I will do the same.
Hi Dennis, there is one being set up for a meet up in Edison but details haven't been settled on. I will definitely keep you posted if I come across anything solid. At the moment I am in a desperate search for a handyman near Perth Amboy who is reasonably priced. If you know of any, do let me know.

Hi Guys! I'm also from Central Jersey and I'm what you call "complicated" new. I have a few properties but I'm more versed in the management side of things and not so much the actual active investment side of things. Told you, it's complicated. However I am looking forward to jumping into this and meeting new people nearby to learn and grow in this business with. Let me know if you'd like to connect sometime!

Hello everyone,
I have an applicant with an eviction history and I know there is a certain language that should be used when communicating the rejection. Anyone from NJ have any tips with regards or can offer some kind of assistance? I just recently started screening tenants and this is my first time rejecting an applicant.
Thanks for your help in advance!

Hello,
I am fairly new to interacting on here and was wondering how many investors/property managers are in the Middlesex / Union County vicinity. Would love to meet up and chat about RE.
