Quote from @Samuel Diouf:

Welcome to BP Pooja!

I've seen a lot of investors have success in A/B neighborhoods like Ohio City, Tremont, Brooklyn, and the part of Hough that borders Little Italy.

Cleveland is an interesting city where you could be in an A location, go 5 blocks down the street and end up in an F or D area. Because of this, it's very important to gain an understanding of the city.

I'd be glad to share a graded map of the area!

Can you share the graded map? Thank you

I have seen videos about flexible lenders that can provide funding with no income check and only 15% down.  Does anyone deal with lenders with these types of terms? I spoke to one with no income check but wanted 20-25% down.
