@Tyler Lee

Sounds like a tough lesson learned. Thanks for sharing! Definitely helps me realize how detailed I'll need to be.

@Luciano A.

Great advise. I may be trying to take on too much for my first investment. Thank you!

@Matthew Paul

Thanks! It's good to hear all parties experiences.

@Luciano A.

Thank you! I will reconsider renovating current tenant units and only work on exterior and the one empty unit.

@Colleen F. This is great advice. Thank you!

@Jordan B.

This is a triplex with one unit vacant. I'm in no rush to move in as I've recently renewed my lease for my apartment. I could renovate the empty unit and see if tenants are willing to move around as renovations are completed.

@Ishmael Johnson

The loan is strictly for renovation and upgrades. It won't cover anything else outside of that.

@Michael Ablan

Looks like I'm going to have to reach out to everyone involved and see what I can work out.

@Michael Ablan

Thanks, this could be a the best way to go. As this is a triplex and one unit is vacant.

@Ishmael Johnson

Same here, but as this will be my first time, I'm confused on how to reno the whole house with tenants living there.
