thanks for the reply, and yeah I see where you are coming from, but I already have my own companies LLC and everything I just need a separate LLC for a strategy that I use, but I was just wondering how could I make an LLC in a different state without living there. If that makes any sense

I'm having a problem with an LLC that I created in Michigan because its cheaper, I currently live in NJ, but how do i create an LLC in a different state without having a home address in that state?
