Investment Info:

Townhouse other investment.

Ice House Loft and Townhomes. Purchased for us to live in until this past year, now we are moving it over to a rental property. Fully paid for. 2bd/2.5bath.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Initially this was a property I moved into with my Dad after his divorce. We lived here for several years. Both of us have moved out of state and see the potential it can make in the rental game.

How did you finance this deal?

Fully paid for at this point.

How did you add value to the deal?

refinished the windows (sealing them and preserving the original windows of the Ice House). We did some renovations in one of the bedrooms by adding stairs to the loft area where there was a ladder originally. We have also replaced the AC unit.
