@Adrian Smude I didn’t even know it was land and mobile home. My state has a bunch of mobile homes that go up for sale, I was just curious since wholesaling is more focused on distressed properties I didn’t know if trying a mobile home would even be worth it.

@Scott Bottomley I've heard of that way also. Setting up an LLC in multiple states seems like a costly process..but I guess it's worth it since it provides protection in each state. But it is mandatory to do it that way?

When virtual wholesaling, what's the process of setting up an LLC if you're in multiple markets? Also, how do you wholesale without an LLC?
