Market prices are rising; It appears to be a sellers market. Also, spring is here, and history has shown me that prices increase significantly from now until winter. I would still like to get in the game and find opportunities, but I am not sure how to find deals in this kind of market with a good ROI. Any suggestions? Should I look to new construction instead of auction or buying directly off the market? Should I consider exploring another region of the country? Should I sit on my money and wait for a bubble to pop? I am open to suggestions and hearing what experienced folks have normally done during these times.
