I was told that it is best to start a WY LLC as a holding company and then form an LLC to purchase local property in the state you want to do business in... I was wondering if 1 attorney would be able to assist me in both and if there are any recommended attorneys in Fayetteville NC

I have a question for the experts. Should I invest a 40k HELOC or pay off a 13% personal loan for around the same amount first.
