Hello everybody, I'm new to biggerpockets and I've never been more excited! I'm currently living in Poulsbo, WA working as a nuclear engineer in the navy. I'm originally from AL. I'm coming up on my one year anniversary with my wife on Jan 1st. This time last year I bought my first home here and my wife and I are looking to expand our portfolio to multi-unit properties in the Bremerton, WA area. Figured it would be a great place to invest since it's filled with military members. I'm here trying to learn mostly about creative financing and am very interested in talking/meeting with other members in my area to learn and act on what I learned to reach my goal in 2016 of buying 2 investment properties. Looking forward to hopefully getting to meet some of you. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Hope y'all have a great day. -Vo

Hello everybody!! I've been on this site for a couple weeks and doing a lot of research to get started in investing in multi-family units. I'm starting now to look for recommendations to build up my team. I'll be honest, I am new to all of this but I'm very eager and I'm a quick leaner. Currently working as a nuclear engineer for the navy and my goals for 2016 is to at least get 2 multi unit properties for my portfolio. Long term goal is very much similar to yalls as well I assume, which is to become financially free so I can spend time with my future children vice working all the time. I really need help in the creative financing portion so if you have any leads on where I can get help then that would be great. Thanks everyone.
