@Nick Rutkowski Yes I’m starting to network now and also with cold calling, I purchased a Vacant House data reader but so far no luck. People pick up but aren’t motivated to sell. I was wondering how you know what numbers to call. Thank you though !!

What’s the most efficient way to get leads for wholesaling? I feel like I’ve been getting luck with mine and have been calling 80+ ppl and have only gotten at least one or two potential leads

Anyone on Oahu a wholesaler? Would love to work with people who have the same mindset and start up a team. My plate is full sometimes and I lose out on deals because of it. Mahalo
