I am planning a 40-50 unit mixed use project in New York State. Does anyone have experience with construction finance for brownfields projects? I am interested in selling condo units pre-construction. Has anyone done a deal like this before?

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $1,200
Cash invested: $500,000

Built a new house for myself with what I want on an irregularly shaped lot.

Lived in upper, rented lower, moved out 10/2020.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Got to start sometime.
