Thanks, John! That is what I have heard and I think we got a good title company, so hopefully they won't be nervous haha.

Hey All!

My business partner and I are starting out wholesaling in CA and wanted to get your thoughts. We are not licensed and I have heard differing points of views of whether or not we should be licensed or not. What does everyone here think? Are there non-licensed people that have success stories?
