Hi Fred, yes investment property. No repairs. Tennant is already in place with 1 year lease in place.

Great post, I am having the same problem. I recently came across a 2 property's for 55k with a tenants in place. Called 2 mtg brokers, was excited to get a loan. The broker said banks wont touch such a small loan amount.

I didn't even consider this being an issue.

My plan was to get these properties and then re- finance my 25% down payment out and do it all over again.

Seems like this is going to be a challenge.

Were you able to overcome this? Seems like we are having the same issue?

Any info thag you may have come across would be helpful.
