Thank you @Daniel. Could you please elaborate more on the "type of investing"? I am looking to invest in residential properties (SFH, Condos, MF units etc.). Currently have not decided on the size of investment as I have just started. But if you can help throw some light on what all is available and good for starters than that will help.

Should I go with existing companies who deal with the sale + rental + mgmt or look for units on my own? As I am new to this, so want to know what all options do I have.
