Hello My name is Virgil and I own 2 Vacant Commercial lots in Lewisville Texas. I want to sell these without having to deal with lazy real estate agents. They are about a half acre each and have no debt against them. All taxes are current. The appraisal value has increased by $25,000.00 on each over the last 2 years. I wanted to keep them as an investment but now I need the cashflow.
What is the best way to sell them fast????
