Hi there,

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with Freddie Mac First Look properties that are vacant land. How do the owner occupancy rules apply in this case? Would the buyer be required to buy the house and live in it within a certain amount of time?

The property used to be a SFH, but was demolished some time prior to listing, possibly months or years ago.

Any insight would be appreciated!

I've been reading the forums/blogs for some time now, but finally decided to introduce myself! I am primarily a buy and hold investor in Chicago, and am very active in several northwest side neighborhoods in the city including Humboldt Park, Logan Square, and Hermosa. I manage several properties and also partner on some new construction projects in these areas.
