Thank you all. Adding pictures of backyard, patio, frontyard to understand from experts on 

how much of maintenance it involves

I have a scenario, where a 50x120 2000sq foot back split bunglow has a 1 car garage(very small and cannot fit a mid size car). It has driveway which can park 3-4 cars. Wanted to understand how much does it impact the price value when selling the home.

Does have trees, plants, , shrubs in the backyard reduce value to the property due to higher maintenance and less usable space compared to same size backyard with just a lawn in it? Also, does have an additional side Patio with small garden and tree house apart from Backyard to the house increase the value significantly. Thanks, Appreciate your views

Will there be impact to price while selling a house with low ceiling levels( 7.5 to 8 feet) in rooms , living, dining. Wanted to get an idea on how much does it impact value of the Detached house(Bunglow)
