The best thing I suggest is, in addition to keeping an eye out for red flags, add another weapon into your arsenal--which is network with other turnkey buyers and see who they work with or have worked with and who they recommend. There are experts that focus on turnkey companies and all sorts of resources.... so don't go at it alone! One of the biggest perks to turnkeys is the number of people involved in any one transaction, so use that to your advantage. Good teams = good turnkeys :)
