FMCG stocks are an option if you are concerned about runaway inflation.

Archimedes wanted a long lever and a fulcrum. You want money. 21st century zeitgeist, I guess.

Are you interested in selling the note or the house? Where is the property located? Feel free to PM me if you do not wish to post addresses on a forum.

Tim, I am sorry but you are sounding a bit weird to me. I will let you continue this discussion with your friends and the "liberals" that you are able to figure out so easily using your magical powers.

Sounds paranoid.

Isn't life better without having to stress out over these things that go on in forums?

China has been struggling with a lot of "hot money" that has been invested in the renminbi in the expectation of an appreciation. The Chinese government is loathe to allow the speculators to profit, but the longer it holds out, the more the appreciation eventually will have to be.

The best exit strategy for a flip is to lower the price and sell it, even if you have to take a loss on it. You can learn from the experience and avoid the same mistakes on your next flip.

It would be even better if you avoid thinking of exit strategies and do your homework carefully so that you would not have to sell at a loss.

You are funny. Everyone who dislikes Christine O'Donnell or Sarah Palin does not become a liberal. In any event, your opinion of whether someone is a conservative or liberal is really meaningful only to you and I do not wish to debate that.

My earlier point is quite valid though and also stands the test of common sense. I was as outraged with Bush's expansion of government as I am with Obama's, so I have better standing when I make my arguments against government intrusiveness and expansion. When you do it, you just come off as a guy with a partisan agenda and get questioned about your position on other similar incidents in the past. You will be served better if you were to be more objective in your analysis and objections.

Bryan, life insurance is helpful to those who will suffer a loss in the event of someone's death. As you know, life insurance is actually a misnomer because it is in reality death insurance.

What Kevin is saying is that the category of people who suffer a financial loss in the event of a person's death is not limited to spouse/kids. It can include a business that suffers a loss in the event of the death of a key employee or executive.
