The only place that I could meet people is online. Im a trucker im stuck out here. Yes I can plan to go to a real estate meeting of some sort, but would I make it is another question. What I'm needing to figure out is how it can be done being in this truck gone away form anything. It sucks and my only hope is learning something from YouTube or this place. I wasted money on a real estate course and now I consider I don't know anything.

Thank you for that long knowledgeable reply.

What my plans are is to buy fixer upers that have good potential, I want to rebab them and get rented out at competing market value around the area's. Then get them refinanced to continue competing with the market in the area. I am focusing on muli family units and then branch out to apartments. With the refinancing I would be able to pay off my lender + interest and or a % of cashflow for x months.

That is what I understand about doing this real estate investing stuff so far.

The part I am stuck at is literally being stuck in a semi. It's very hard for me to do much research and planing and even going to any real estate club meeting. When and if I get "home time" we have to request to go home hahaha. it's only for 2 to 3 days then I have to leave again. I am severely trying to figure out how to get out of this predicament I'm in. Learning form robert kiyosaki's online course, it's so easy I'll be out of the truck in a few months. Then I learned form the people who made the course from richdadworld. That I can't do it that way, it's illegal. I am not an (accredited investor). So I was baffled that they would teach that then, now I'm back to square one. I know nothing except find an investor buy the property rehab it rent it refinance it repeat. What I truely need is a mentor.

@Quinn Olivarez what I mistakenly did was paid robert kiyosaki 288$ a month for their financial blueprint real estate course that turned out what they were teaching how they were teaching how they where showing to do things turned out it would be illegal for me to do. So now I'm back at square one and the only thing I understand is use other people's money. It gets to me when said it's someone you know, when for me that someone I know they are the ones always asking me for me, and I don't have any. So I'm sorry if I sound dumb, but not every knows someone that knows someone that knows someone. Some people are just comply alone trying to get out. And the only response is its not me but it's someone you know. It gets annoying.

I'm a trucker for this country I'm gone 3 4 5 months at a time. I can't just hop into my car and go meet someone. I can't make an appointment and expect to actually make it. If there is no way to do anything in this truck then I'm just out.

So I'm still lost on how to find private lenders. My understanding is that if it's my first attempt at property investment that opm won't work and nobody will do a deal as such. Do NOT say " someone you know". Not everyone has rich people in their lives. So then am I out of luck?

I don't understand where you find private investors. I'm doing robert kiyosaki's financial blueprint real estate course online it totally doesn't make any sense. I feel I'm wasting my money on it. Also learned today from the (coaching call) they have. the way they are "teaching" how get private lenders, isn't the right way to do it. It would be considered (illegal) haha what? I been studying and learning and planning and doing it the way they are teaching it just to learn no that was is illegal. Sooooo if I have no friends or family or anyone in my life where would I find these private lenders what rock should I look under?
