Hey guys,

Let’s get together for a coffee and talk more about goals and helping each other. Anyone not in Sacramento can join via FaceTime or Zoom call on my iPad.

I like Temple on K street. Who’s interested in joining for a brainstorm session?

Great job with the negotiation. Thanks for sharing the experience. What area was the house in?

Hi daniel,

Next time you’re in the Sacramento area, let me know. I’d be interested in meeting with you and hearing about your plans and possibly working together on a deal. I’m flying to Detroit this July to meet with potential team members and talk about buying 2-4 plex in that area.

What draws you to Phoenix?

Thank you guys for the responses! Great advice. I really appreciate the extra perspectives.

I’m currently focused on building my core team but would be happy to meet with any of the professionals I’ve listed to discuss my 2019 plan over a free lunch or coffee on me.

Deonta, Thank you for the referrals

Chris, thanks for the wisdom.

Derek, I appreciate the referrals.

Steve, much appreciated.

Wes, thanks for the food for thought.

Hey fellow BP members,

I'm currently on a plan to house hack and BRRRR a quad in Downtown Sacramento, CA and I need to call on the BP community to help me find my team of rockstars. I've met with a few real estate agents and I'm pleased so far ( also Fellow BP members) but I'm curious to know if anyone here knows a rockstar here in Sacramento who would have the time, experience and patience to work with a 31 year old electrical contractor turned first time real estate investor looking to invest long term locally and long distance.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated and I look forward to offering you value too as an electrical contractor, weather it be a discussion on project costs over lunch/coffee/golf or just electrical advice over the phone anytime, I’m happy to help.

Here is the roster I’m currently filling here in the Sacramento, California area:

Real Estate Agent | Broker

Mortgage Broker | Lender

Property Manager

Attorney

Accountant

Insurance Agent

@Kim Stofan,

Hi Kim. Thanks so much! All great ideas. I plan on working with a property management company to keep most of my time focused on growing my electrical contracting company but I’m definitely working to understand landlording for my own education. Thanks again!
