Thank you both for the info, my plan allows to borrow 50% or $50,000, max, which I can borrow the $50,000 or I can do a hardship withdrawal up to 80% of my $100,000. So the question remains, is this a wise thing to do to purchase my first house? Btw, the 50,000 loan has a term of 30 years
