Thanks Nick for your feedback. Theoretical knowledge i believe is one aspect but there is the whole networking aspect which I want aswell. My future is not to get a job but to work for myself and to swtich from a different background I'm not finding it easy. I do read quite few books however implementing is totally different story. 

Hi I am thinking about applying for a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development. I am interested in hearing some feedbacks positive negative both be greatly appreciated. I am a totally newbie, my previous experience is in IT, however planning to change my career I guess its never to late.
