I want to start sending out direct mail in my marketing. Whats the best way to be able to mail out a MASSIVE amount of letters every week. I've heard of Click2mail, and ive heard of yellowletters. Is there any other way to do mail outs thats simple? whats the best one?

Who here is getting  a 10x return on their marketing spend? Im not talking about one campaign.. I mean consistently spending $4,000-$10,000 a month and doing $40,000-$100,000 a month in revenue.   What are you doing to get those types of returns?

Whats the best source of marketing for leads that isnt too saturated with investors all pulling from the same list?

Does anyone know what list or lists yield the best results? is it Absentee? pre foreclosure? vacant? tax deliquent? or what???  and wheres the best place to get the list?

If I find a property and the home owner is interested in doing a short sale because owes more than what the home is worth what are the steps that I should take to wholesale the property to an investor?   This is my first potential whole sale deal.   Thanks
