The lawyer walked away because she didn't feel as if she had enough experience in this area.

We do short sales and have a double close in California. The attorney we were using just walked out. Does anyone know a good transitional funding company and a title company that will not balk at this transaction. Also, has anyone ever had issues with transparency and the buyer's lender? Any help is appreciated!
