Up at the top of your BP page is the analyze section - drop down menu gives house flip calculator/rental property calculator and wholesaling calculator...the rental property one is probably what you would want - it is awesome to use....check it out....

Hi Baylus, Banks like to see reserve money in your savings acct. 401(K) or in your brokerage firm over and above the $ required for the down payment - in order to brace yourself when the times of vacancy occur....capex $ actually has to be put into full affect etc......and of course the never-ending debt-income ratio....

So the big question is...who is the company that is not servicing your account with efficiency....I think maybe a breach of contract clause may be in the contract....
