@Loren Becker You didn't notify the seller of the assignment until after the offer was accepted ? Did you use the CAR Assignment of Agreement Addendum ? You weren't worried that the seller could have backed out ?

Do you use the same language "ASSIGNED" on the Assignment of Agreement Addendum ?

Just got off the phone with one of their reps. The guy reminded me of Al Pacino in Glen Gary Glen Ross. What a crock. Every hard sell piece of crap trick in the book. I do believe in coaching, but it is pretty hard getting through all the scammers. I have a lot of respect Robert Kiyosaki and I love his books, but putting his name on this organization doesn't seem too smart.

@Benjamin Wishart Just needed a legitimate answer to that age old business question, "do you have a card?" Wasn't interested in using them for some kind of marketing campaign. Graphics is kind of a hobby for me, so I tend to put a little more time into these types of things than I probably should. Thanks for your post.

I am looking for ideas for a business card focused on buying homes and offering finders fees. For instance:

Cash for your home.
Close fast.
Any condition.
Get paid to find homes.
etc.

Like all of you, I am looking for a card that stands out.

Links to articles, examples or images would be helpful or share with me what has worked for you.

I am based out of Yucaipa, CA.

Thanks in advance,

Warren
