Hello

i was looking to invest in a multifamily thats being sold As is.  im a contractor in RI not in MA.

ive heard if city finds out they will make you rip it out, how true is this ?

this multifamily is not full gut job, mainly cosmetics, paint, few windows, flooring, kitchen remodel, new bathroom vanity, toilet, etc
also i am not planning on selling this, will be a long term hold if that makes a difference ?
