Texas residency used to a requirement but as of 09/01/2019 that requirement changed.

You are no longer required to be a Texas resident to apply.

:) so kind of in the same conflicting information boat. I guess I'll contact TREC.

Would I have a be a TX resident to get a TX realtor license?
