Thank you Brian for your quick response. It is boarded up so Im not sure what condition it is in on the inside, the outside looks distressed (grass not taken care of, etc). I guess I was more concerned with the curb appeal to prospective tenants. I will try to locate the owner and take it from there. Thanks again

Good morning all! I have a beginner question. Does anyone have any experience with investing into a rental property that has a connected (row house) abandoned property next door? What should I look for? Should I even consider continuing trying to pursue this property? The subject property is reasonably priced for its current condition and it is an REO property.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
