Hello BP!

I am in the process of getting started in Dallas, TX and wondering if there is any advice/guidance out there for the area. I'm looking to possibly house hack my way in so I'm looking for areas and any methodology tips as well. Thanks.

Greetings BP world, Is anyone doing business in or around Windsor CT? I am considering a move out there but I'm concerned with the high cost of living and taxes I may not find deals for when I start. I'm thinking to house hack my way in and then go for broke without going broke. Any ideas. Thanks.

Greetings,

Hello my name is Quincy. I recently moved to Buckeye AZ (near Phoenix ) for work. I've been studying real estate for almost a decade and been too squeamish to take the plunge now I'm jumping in! My plans are to get in however I can thinking maybe wholeselling, fix and flip, to buy and hold. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone. This year my goal is a just get started and close two deals.

P.S. I'm finally posting after over a year of listening to the podcast. I'm also dedicating 10 min everyday to educate myself of BP. This is the year of Winning!
