Have you contacted BP support? I'm sure they can help.

@Account Closed, If you make a non-deductible Traditional IRA contribution and then convert it, your income wouldn't matter for the purposes of being able to do the conversion itself; that's the whole point. What you might be more concerned with are the aggregation rules. If you have pre-tax assets in IRAs, SEP-IRAs, SIMPLE IRAs, etc., this will most likely apply to you. Google that, research, and see if that applies to your situation, and learn how the back-door Roth IRA conversion often isn't as simple, or possibly as advantageous, for certain individuals. I am not a CPA, but you would be wise to hire one if your situation is complicated. Good luck.

@Mackal Smith, very good problems to have and complex, indeed.

One small item that may be being overlooked is that you can access your 401(k) funds when you separate from service (retire) at/after age 55. So, if you're retiring at 58, those funds become available to you at that time (as long as they stay in the 401(k) plan); if you roll them to an IRA, you would then have to wait until 59 1/2 again.

There's my small contribution towards your situation.  Best of luck.

Nice job, @Joe Marcum.   Were these part of a package deal or all separate properties?  I looked at a 4-plex foreclosure in Frankfort a while back, but it needed quite a bit of repairs and the area was questionable.

Also, is the above-mentioned group open to all?  I'm still stuck in analysis paralysis and could really use a push.

What are the pros/cons to the end-buyer of assignments vs. double closing?

Hey Joseph, I'm interested in both SFR and 2-4 unit multi-families in Lexington. Let me know if you have anything. Thanks!

Hey @Chuck Brooking, I use it for my personal account.  I would think local bank / credit union may be best for business accounts.   I'm still in analysis paralysis stage, so unfortunately I've not yet had to worry about that.
