Hi everyone,
I recently watched BiggerPockets Podcast 442 where Bryce Stewart shares his advice for rookie real estate investors. He mentions becoming familiar with the agreement of sale form of the state you reside in. I am having trouble finding this document. Is there anyone who is familiar with this document that is specific to the state of New York? If so, can you please share the link to where I can find this information?

I discovered BiggerPockets and my passion for learning about real estate by reading the BiggerPockets book, How to Invest in Real Estate.
