Hi everyone,

Can you share your methods on some of the ways that you find the most accurate information on what similar houses are renting for? I'm just starting to analyze houses, and I don't want this to hinder me. I greatly appreciate your time for helping me out.

Hi everyone,

I am a 19 year college student who is interested in beginning their real estate journey with a house hack. I attend the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, and I would like to learn more about the trends for real estate in Rochester, and learn more about the neighborhoods. I would appreciate it if the Rochester real estate community could share their insights and knowledge with me.

Hey @Samantha Soto

Can you expound on what you mean by, "how many points will I play?" More specifically, can you explain what points refer to?

Hi everyone,

In this next year, my goal is to purchase my first rental property. I am passionate about this goal, but I am having trouble getting started. What are some tasks I can do everyday to get myself one step closer to my goal?

I appreciate your time and advice.

Hi everyone,

I recently watched BiggerPockets Podcast 442 where Bryce Stewart shares his advice for rookie real estate investors. He mentions becoming familiar with the agreement of sale form of the state you reside in. I am having trouble finding this document. Is there anyone who is familiar with this document that is specific to the state of New York? If so, can you please share the link to where I can find this information?

Hi everyone,

My name is Wei Kang He, and I am currently a 18 year old freshman at the University of Rochester. I discovered BiggerPockets and my passion for learning about real estate by reading the BiggerPockets book, How to Invest in Real Estate. After reading this book, I was really drawn to investing in real estate because of the many different ways of investing. I look forward to connecting and learning from other real estate investors on BiggerPockets!
