John Corey sounds like a good, solid, simple, memorable name

Honestly, I wouldn't spend too much time trying to think of a good business name... Anyways, when it comes to names, one thing I always recommend people do is take 2+ words (not phrases) that describe their business and try to make them into 1 catchy sounding word.

That has been my favorite method too.
3DThrills, FreeToys, OhNoYouDin, SurfPick, DieselBenz, TrueArtNow, ThrillTone
are some of the names I've splurged on.

I don't really want to start a real estate business myself.
I'd just like to share some nice places with my current client base.
What is the easiest way to get involved without stepping on anyone's toes?

I will not be competing for any of the people already looking for homes in an area.
I wish to bring in completely fresh prospects who will naturally look over other offerings in the area,
once I have piqued their interest with an appealing property.

If I accept one of those 'lease to own' plans,
does that entitle me to try and resell the property?
Do I need to instead negotiate an outright purchase with 'owner financing'?

I don't want to do anything that is considered at all unethical when helping to resell one of these places.
Should I forget about it?

So if one were to be #1 on all search engines for that search term one can expect to capture 50% of the searchers. That is a 1:2 ratio. Sounds much better than 1:500.

Well, everybody wants to stay near the top but it's not always so easy to do.
I have some web skills but I use a primitive design for my website.
Conventional Wisdom tells us that people prefer clicking, to scrolling...
but I believe that people will also ignore links we may wish them to click,
while many people will feel compelled to scroll to the bottom of any page they are reading.

I didn't really try to optimize my search position and I was surprised to find myself coming up #1 or #2 when putting "best guitar pick" into most search engines.

What is your company name?
What would you like to name your future company?

I think my username would be a good business name.
I even have the trademark rights to WelcomeSite
I used to use the domain for a Flash help site.

I always thought it would be my most valuable domain name
but it was another name I owned that got all the offers.
I finally sold it for almost 5 figures.
I always feared buying domain names was just a bad impulsive habit. lol

What are some good real estate company names that you've seen?

I am leaning towards mobiles to ease back in. They are esssentially valueless to me beyond rent, and only land dependent in value mostly. Land is steady. mobiles are cheap, yet they still rent high.

Good points.
I should probably just rent for a while and not try to shop online.
Can't wait to get up there and look around.

If I don't have any mortgage, I might invest as much as 15k
I don't need to retain as much of a buffer, if I'm going to have minimal bills.

I've got a web based business that's been growing for 5 years which brings me about 1000 visitors a week, so I also think I have a unique opportunity to sell property, even in this market.

Spring Hill is an area I was exploring online today.
I have no credit but most sellers don't seem to care now,
since I work through the web and have 7k to put down.

I'm torn between accepting a deal for owner financed homes ranging from 50-170k
or just buying some land outright and dragging a trailer onto it.
I like the thought of being able to tell anyone to 'get out of my yard!'

I just spent 65k renting a 30k trailer for 11 years and have nothing to show for it
so it's about time for me to stop being silly.
