Any thoughts on how it might be possible to purchase an investment property from someone via seller financing who bought the property with 1031 exchange money?

Is anyone familiar with the Kenosha Market who could assist with Rental location information? Looking to potentially get into the rental market there and would appreciate feedback on locations. Thanks!

There used to be a page on BP that displayed resources for landlords including sites that provided background screening services, tenant applications, monthly payment management, etc... I cannot locate it anymore. Was it removed? Does anyone know what I'm referring to? Or have any good recommendations for companies who do this? We would like a one stop shop for all of our landlord/tenant needs. Thank you!
Post: Seeking Legal Advice for Vacation Property Venture

Can anyone recommend an Attorney in the Chicago area who would be able to give guidance on a syndication vs. LLC vs. Limited Partnership for a new vacation venture I am looking to set up? I am forming small partnership groups to purchase vacation properties across the US- mostly formed of people I know. Each group will purchase a maximum of 2 properties. I would need the legal advice of what type of entity as well as help in setting up the necessary contracts. Thank you!
I currently have two properties and am purchasing a third. I hope to add a fourth in the next 3 months. I am only using Excel at this point but need to upgrade to a more sophisticated system.
My accountant recommended setting up Quickbooks with classes to keep my rental property expenses separate- however it is $60/mo to have the "class" option which seems expensive. Are there any other options that are less expensive or better?
Looking for an accountant in the Chicagoland area familiar with Real Estate investing and tax deductions. Also looking for someone who can give advice on switching a Corp to Wyoming from Illinois vs. starting new LLC in Wyoming. Thanks!
