Since I posted this I have switched to drop cowboy. Every system hast their pros and cons, I personally just like the layout of drop cowboy better and how it is much easier to set it up and let it go then slybroadcast. And yes, CallRail is definitely the IVR VoiP system to go with. It also has things I don't like about it but from what I have tried, it is the best system out there

I have been using Slybroadcast for a few months now and have not had much luck with it. I am looking for a truly RINGLESS voicemail program that will drop the message straight in to the voicemail inbox. So far most of my call backs have been people seeing they have a missed call (short 1 ring from testing) and they don't know why I called so it ends up being a lot of wasted time with people who don't actually know why I called. We so far have run this program through almost 30K numbers (mostly mobile numbers) and haven't received the response rate I would expect. Any suggestions on a better system?
