We currently live in our house and looking to move within the next year or so. I was thinking about renting my house instead of selling after we move. Is there anybody that can look at my property and tell me anything that I might have to fix before renting?

Looking for information on rental property ownership. Don’t know where to start. Things such as financing and what has to be done with taxes. Any information is appreciated. Thanks Wes

I'll have to take a  look at that area. Not sure if it would be easier to start local and generate some income first or just dive right in the Florida market. Thank you

I"m  wanting to purchase a condo in Florida. Preferably on the gulf coast, but open to anywhere. Looking to rent for vacations. Not sure where to start...property management, insurance, and anything else. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
