Hi everyone,

I’m a young aspiring real estate investor looking to get my foot in the door by helping experienced investors find deals. I’m especially interested in bird dogging—driving for dollars, spotting distressed properties, and passing along solid leads.

I’m not asking for anything upfront, just looking for ways to learn the business and contribute value in exchange for mentorship or a fair deal if a lead turns into a contract.
