Hello BP Members,

My name is Wesley Velez and I sure am glad I stumbled upon BiggerPockets! My wife and I currently live in Italy, but will be moving back to the U.S. in about four months. This upcoming move, combined with having zero real estate experience, led me to researching first time home buying. After asking our friend Google a couple of questions, I came across the BP podcast. I listened to a couple of episodes and was introduced to a little ole thing called REI. So here I am today, excited about learning everything I can cram into my big nugget about real estate, and how to invest into it smartly. I'm glad to be a part of the BP community and look forward to learning from you all.
