Hello, I have done as much research as I can regarding flipping property and that’s how I found out about micro flipping. I still was confused about it because even I I get special software they use how do I find the buyers especially if I see auction property’s bring presented to me or investment properties being sent to my email. I really want to get into the real estate business regarding flipping houses I have contractors for rehabbing. But I lack the funds for a hard money loan for a 1st timer I have to put down 20% for example I’m sitting on a property now I made a counter offer of $175,000.00 for a two family that’s $224,000. But went I asked a hard money loan lady she said she needs to see a total of $50,000.00 to rehab the property. So I told the broker hold off. Please let me know what I’m doing wrong when flipping property with little to no money. When I’m trying to make money. I believe once I flip my 1st property it’ll open up doors and I can keep going. Then the hard money loan lady said flipping paperwork with buyer and seller. Hoping to hear from you.
How do you flip property without money or little money?

Thank you for clarifying, I understand the software I have done some research but on the software is that how you find the buyers and sellers as I remain the middleman? Or is it just much better to get some property wholesale with hard money and flip the property?.
